The Clic Health platform: dashboards, AI and access control

The board stops waiting for reports: more than 40 dashboards connected to Tasy, the same rule in all of them and an AI that answers in seconds, with the source.

Clic Health is a business intelligence (BI) platform built for hospitals. It brings together ready-made hospital management dashboards, fed by Tasy data, with the same calculation rules on every screen. The executive board, the controllership team and department managers open everything in the browser, with nothing to install and no spreadsheets to assemble.

This page shows what the platform offers today. To understand the data path, see how it works. For the concept of BI applied to hospitals, see the hospital BI guide.

Dashboards by hospital area

The dashboards are grouped into modules. Each one has filters for period, department, payer and other cuts, and navigation drills down from the total to the detail.

ModuleWhat it shows
OverviewADM Command Center (administration KPIs, revenue loss, monthly revenue and result, volume against last year) and Board Command Center (result, EBITDA, cash generation, risks and targets)
Patient accountRevenue, costs and expenses for each encounter; margin by specialty and by payer; revenue, supplies and physician-fee tickets; analysis of payers, procedures, main procedure and supplies
VolumeTrends in surgeries, consultations, patient-days and tests; emergency room tests; surgery management by specialty and surgeon
Length of stayAverage length of stay by department for SUS, private payers and self-pay
Income statement and budgetBudget vs. actual income statement, budget variance by cost center, management income statement with horizontal analysis and forecast simulation, vertical analysis, summary income statement, SUS income statement and cost table
FinanceCollections and payments with average periods, accounts receivable table, open or denied receivables
AccountsBilling performance, unbilled accounts, accounts written off, physician-fee management
SUSSUS excess length of stay and the share of non-SUS care
Departments and efficiencySupplies consumption by department; efficiency of revenue-generating departments and of support and administrative departments
AccountingTrial balance, balance sheet indicators and book inventory, recent variables, physician cost calculation

There are more than 40 dashboards. They grew out of day-to-day hospital controllership work and are already used to manage hospitals that run Tasy. The full list by topic is on the pages for billing and denials, controllership and income statement, financial KPIs, patient care and supplies and inventory.

AI that answers with its source

Every dashboard has an artificial intelligence assistant. You ask in plain language ("what was last month's revenue and how much did it change?") and the answer brings the number, the period, the measure used and what was left out of the calculation. The AI works with the same data and filters that are on screen. Today the assistant speaks Portuguese.

  • Essential AI: each dashboard has a library of questions with answers calculated on the spot. It does not depend on an external AI service.
  • Advanced AI: a language model that runs inside the user's browser, for freer conversations. It requires a computer with a compatible graphics card.
  • Action plan: from a dashboard, the AI builds a PDCA or a SWOT analysis to take to the meeting.

Details are in AI in hospital BI.

Team BIs and access control

The Global BI brings together every dashboard. From it, the hospital administrator builds smaller BIs for each team (billing, controllership, medical board) and decides who can see each one.

  • Sign-in with password and personal code, lockout after failed attempts and a log of every access.
  • Administrator and user profiles per BI.
  • Temporary users, read-only and with an expiry date, for audits and consultants.

Data protection is covered in security and LGPD.

What daily work requires

  • Export: every dashboard exports the data on screen to Excel (or CSV and PDF), with the filters applied.
  • Scheduled updates: data arrives several times a day, following the schedule agreed with the hospital. Each dashboard shows the date and time of the last update and the time of the next one.
  • Update now: when the board needs a number before a meeting, an update request goes into the queue.
  • Connection diagnostics: a screen shows whether the hospital agent is in contact, when the last load ran and what to do if something stops.
  • Favorites to open the most-used dashboards directly, plus light and dark themes.

What is still in development

To avoid promising what is not ready: the month-end forecast is being validated with real data, the cross-hospital benchmark is in development, and integration with systems other than Tasy, such as MV, is in preparation. If your hospital uses another system, talk to us so we can assess your case.
