For hospitals running Tasy
AI applied to Tasy data
Tasy data becomes dashboards, and dashboards become answers: ask in plain language and get the number, the period and the source, with no report to build.
Asking a management question of Tasy data usually requires someone who knows the system, knows which report to pull and builds the spreadsheet. With the Clic Health AI, a manager asks in plain language ("how much did private payer revenue change against last year?") and gets an answer calculated on the same data that feeds the dashboards, with its source and period. Today the assistant works in Portuguese.
How it works
The AI does not query the Tasy database directly. It works on the Clic Health data model, which is fed by Tasy and already has the management rules applied: accrual period, cost centers, income statement groups, payers. That brings two advantages:
- The answer matches the dashboard: the AI's number is the same one shown on screen, with the same filters.
- No heavy queries on Tasy: a question puts no load on the hospital's system.
The two AI modes (Essential and Advanced) are described in BI with artificial intelligence.
Example questions about Tasy data
| Topic | Question |
|---|---|
| Billing | What was last month's revenue and how much did it change? |
| Payers | Which payers have the lowest contribution margin? |
| Accounts | How much is in unbilled accounts, and for how long? |
| Controllership | Where was actual furthest above budget? |
| Volume | How did surgeries evolve against last year? |
| Length of stay | Which department has the longest average length of stay? |
From answer to action
Beyond answering, the AI builds, from the open dashboard, an action plan in PDCA format or a SWOT analysis for the board meeting. The plan starts from the numbers on screen and states what to track the following month.
Data safeguards
- Patients are identified only by a code in the Clic Health model; the AI has no access to names, national ID numbers or dates of birth.
- The Essential AI does not depend on an external AI service. The Advanced AI runs in the user's browser.
- Each user can only ask about their own hospital's data, in the BIs they have access to.
